If you are aware of the flaws in your life and still think of yourself as perfect, I guess there is nothing wrong with that. So long as you try to improve yourself (maybe not constantly). If anyone thinks of themselves as perfect and sees no room for improvement, that would be called delusional though. Just keep it in reality.
