We did this playout during our two week Primal Animal Spring Holiday at the rancho. I've been doing lots and lots of mixed playouts lately. It has been feeling so "right" to blend the kettlebells, bul bags, maces, clubs, sandbags, hammers, steelbells and power ropes into exciting and satisfying combinations.

Great video! Sir, you're older than me but in a much better physical shape than me, congratulations! You're an inspiration! And the workout tools you have (the kettlebells, kettlebags, clubs, etc) are fantastic! Wow! And a great environment too! Where was this video shot?

What were the things you were doing the snatches with? They looked like kettlebell bags. I really like these videos and the theory behind all of it.

@canis3449 WE are using the Alpha Strong Sandbells (the round ones) and their sandbags as well. With sand you can load the sandbells to 30 lbs. But I use rice and steelshot so I can make them much heavier. We have found that the Alpha Strong sandbags and sandballs are our favorite. They are sturdy, easy to load, and don't leak. I also find that using a combination of either rice & steelshot, or beans & steelshot makes for a more dynamic load-shifting....and of course I can load them heavier.
