@rabbs33 spray and pray is really just for intimidation. Look at SEALS, they rarely have their weapons off semi. Look at how the AK-47 is designed, full on is between safe and semi. Purpose being that when a soldier quickly takes the rifle off safe, he pushes it all of the way down to semi. You have to actually take the time to find full on to get it there.
