theres many programs that will do it for you, but they cost like 800 bucks, so I used a smart but slow way. everyone check out our sequel to this video search "Reverse 2" or "Darrik Baker"

we filmed and worked on stuff and stop for awhile and started again later etc (plus the beach part was when i went to hawaii for a vacation) so it actually took about a couple weeks to finish. and the mailman thing i jsut pulled it out using a string, which then i deleted using paint (pretty crappy huh)
