Most airlines say they charge oversize luggage fees for any suitcase larger than 62" (L+W+H). If you go to the Bike Friday page, it says the Samsonite case they sell is 31.5 x 23 x 11 (max external dimensions). This is actually over the limit, but they say they've never heard of anyone being charged an oversize fee for it. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that's the same case shown in this video.

It would be great if you could update this video. The tikit no longer has that adjustment screw, & I'd like to see if this can be done with the rear rack on--I sure can't figure it out.

Yes, neither of the tiket packing videos say what size and model suitcase they use. Please specify this. Samsonite has a LOT of hardsize sizes. What are you using.

Why stuff it in such a small case? Samsonite makes bigger suitcases that are airline friendly.
