Regina's Tea Time - Baking edition.
Grandma Kitchen's Pumpkin Bread;
Mix - 3 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, 1 can 15oz pumpkin, 4 eggs.
Seperately mix 3& 1/2 cups flour, 2tsp baking soda, 2tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp nutmeg, 1tspallspice, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp ground cloves, 1tblsp pumpkin pie spice.
Then add flour/spice ingredients a little at a time to your pumpkin, sugar
ingredients.
Mix all ingredients until there are no lumps. (add a little water as needed to thin the mixture.)
Then pour the mix into bread pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
