@JordanSanders1991 This version was recorded on the Greatest Hit's album in 2007, because Social Distortion did not have the rights to the original (which is owned by Epic Records/Sony).

to SellTheBenefits . . .yes, it has a point -- it's for people struggling with addiction and alcoholism, which Mike Ness has gone through. I'm actually printing out the lyrics for my husband, who has fallen off the wagon, AGAIN. I'm a recovering addict myself. This song speaks to us . . . .for those of you who can handle your alcohol and your drugs without letting them interfere with your life . . . you better THANK WHATEVER GOD/GODDESS MADE YOU, but living otherwise is HELL.
