Chong-Ren Cultural and Educational Foundation has been devoting into social correction volunteer work

崇仁文化教育基金會自1989年持續在台中少年觀護所從事團體輔導及個別諮商，至今已邁入第23年。每週四下午由崇仁基金會志工(老師)提供少觀所學生課業輔導、書信輔導­、生命教育、團體輔導等課程。
It has been 23 years since 1989 that Chong-Ren Cultural and Educational Foundation works on group and individual counseling. Every Thursday, volunteers from Chong-Ren Foundation provide students in Juvenile Detention and Classification House with curriculum such as schoolwork counseling, mail counseling, life education, and group counseling.

青少年的價值觀、社會觀與人格的發展，是整個社會文化與制度變遷下的產物，矯正輔導教育，更是非行青少年的黑暗燈塔。
Teenagers' social values and personality development are the products of changes of the entire social culture and system. Therefore, correction counseling education is the lighthouse in the dark for juvenile delinquent nowadays.
2006年起，崇仁文化教育基金會更增加每週三天的戒治所關懷服務及一貫道宗教課程。協助收容人訂定輔導計畫，有效引導收容人戒毒並協助收容人規劃重返社會之路，以及出所­追蹤關懷。
Since 2006, Chong-Ren Cultural and Educational Foundation has further increased care service and I-Kuan-Tao religious curriculum three days a week at Taichung Drug Abuser Treatment Center. These help inmates make counseling plans, and plans for returning back to the society; lead them to quit drugs, and provide concern after getting out of the center.
監所教化輔導工作一路走來從未間斷，2010年崇仁被推薦至法務部監所教化有功團體，同時也榮獲行政院以及總統府獎牌，並由總統召見。
Chong-Ren has never stopped counseling tasks in the prison. In 2010, Chong-Ren was recommended as a contribution group in moralization in prisons.. Chong-Ren also won medals from the Executive Yuan and the Office of Presidential and was summoned by the President.

值得一提的是，1997至2011年分別在彰化少年輔育院、台中少觀與台中戒治所，舉辦星光夏令營，課程以音樂、戲劇、個諮、團諮、團康、...等活動呈現。2011年更­舉辦孝道見證會，希望引導學員「以善念感恩與回饋」。提倡親情與愛的力量，讓學員能夠重返社會。
It is worth mentioning that from 1997 to 2011, Chung-Ren organized Stars Summer Camps in the Changhua Reform School, Juvenile Detention and Classification House, Taichung Drug Abuser Treatment Center. The programs were presented by music, drama, group activities, group and individual counseling, etc. In 2011, Chong-Ren even held testimony performance about filial piety, hoping to guide the teenagers to "return thankfulness and feedback with good thoughts." It promoted that the power of family and love enables inmates to return to the society

為了投入矯治工作，自1989年起至2010年止，崇仁文化教育基金會在中輟生工作隊、觀護工作隊、少觀工作隊，共投入28940服務人次。
In order to devote in the work of correction education, from 1989 to 2010,Chong-Ren Cultural and Education Foundation had a total of 28,940 participants joining drop-out task groups, probation groups, and detention groups.
