Funny thats my routine right now. I'm trying to get up to a 6 minute mile from a 10 minute mile for 2 miles and 80 push ups in a minute and 80 sit ups in a minute and 20 pull ups in a minute after bodybuilding for 20 years. I'm losing size but miss the endurance oh yeah.

Kevin still has some extra skin from the old days, it makes the rest of him look a little flabbier than he actually is.

kevin always looked athletic to me, not as a bodybuilder
he couldve been a excellent athelete in sports

I don't agree fully. It's to very different things.
When Kevin was huge, he looked incredible! He had proportions, good vascularity and overall just a monster.
Today he still looks amazing, but saying he looks better?
IMO - Two uncompareable physiques.
