Yes, the video is based on the Saraghina dance scene. I was watching a lot of Fellini films when I was asked for the treatment. While listening to the song and trying to come up with a visual style for the video, that scene kept popping into my head. So I played the original scene with sound turned off and watched it with the song playing instead of the original soundtrack. And they both matched so well. I pitched the concept to Finny - and to his credit he went with it and let me do it.
