He didn't know what he was saying when he said Mick Rock copied off of him. The truth of the matter, as LaciousC stated, is that Rock and Mercury were overcome by Marlene Dietrich. So, they invented a look that was completely original and their own. Yes, this guys photo is similar to it, but Rock and Queen were unaware of his. He made a false allegation, and he should know better than to do so. After all, he admitted he didn't have evidence to support his argument.
