What: Act Local -- Think Global: A Seminar on Global Leadership

When: Thursday, February 8, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm

Where: Santa Rita Room in the Texas Union (Room 3.505)

Act Local - Think Global is a global leadership seminar for UT students to hone
their leadership skills for the global arena.

Learn important leadership skills and discuss important international issues,
such as:

* Economic Development
* Environmental Sustainability
* Public Health & HIV/AIDS
* Human Rights
* Gender Issues
* Hunger and Poverty
* and several more.

Act Local -- Think Global is co-sponsored by the TX Union Student Events Center,
Informal Classes, Liberal Arts Career Services, the Center for Women's and
Gender Studies, the Resource Center, and the Office of the Dean of
Undergraduate Studies.
