This tutorial is horrible. You can learn more from watching it by watching the REAL thing over and over.

Step one, your left hand is too high/right hand too low (not both same level)

Step two, you need to have your right hand hidden behind your left arm. (Still with right wrist bent forward, not back)

Step three, keep your right hand bent instead of using your other arm to change it, your bring your left hand down and turn your left wrist to aim down (not switch the way your wrist is bent)
