@AmericaHasToGo The masons and boule are two different organizations so it doesn't make sense if a member of the boule throws up hand signals that represents another organization. Now a days everyone is accused of throwing hand symbols lol! Whether or not he pays them off there are many cases in which people settle out of court just so they can move on. That doesn't prove that he did it, you can suspect that but it doesn't prove it.

@TheWackyWorldofO I've seen pics of him giving masonic hand signs. On top of this, he's over a mega church. He wasn't convincing in his speech that he gave after the allegations. I'm not surprised he's about to pay these guys off after vowing to the church members that he was gonna fight.

@TheWackyWorldofO All I'm saying is that we should be prepared for the very real possibility that he is guilty of what he is accused of. And to be honest with you, I do have a distrust of christian preachers. Especially those that make millions of dollars off of the "word". But the truth is the truth.  If it comes out that he is innocent I'll defend him. But if he's guilty I'm going to lump him in the same category as the others. Fair enough?

@TheWackyWorldofO Maybe. But maybe the fact that so many of our people defending him is an example of our unwillingness to accept that one of our own can be corrupt too. The examples I gave show that just because someone has a lot to lose doesn't mean they won't or can't slip. And why didn't he just come straight out and deny being gay and having sex with those boys? Why the "I'm not a perfect man" line. Neither am I or you but I think we both can say we aren't gay if accused. It's suspect.

@tombstone999 Just b/c a few people have been that dumb to put themselves in that position doesn't mean Long automatically belongs on the list. The fact of the matter is this, as of yet, there isn't any evidence to prove that Long actually did this so for people to hop on the "guilty" bandwagon b/c of some pictures is just another example of our people falling for the okey doke.

@TheWackyWorldofO Well the list is long of other religious leaders that has done this and put their good name in peril. Ted Haggerd, Jimmy Swaggerett, and Jimmy Baker to name a few. Each of these guys had huge followings and had plenty to lose and it didn't stop them from engaging in homo acts or cheating on their wives with other women. Not to mention all of the catholic priests molesting little boys. Doing dumb things in spite of having a lot to lose seems to be human nature.

@tombstone999 I will agree with you about the pics,if it is true that he sent those pics to these young men then I can scratch my head but that isn't enough evidence to prove that he had intercourse with these men. Before anyone can come to any conclusion we have to ask ourselves this question: who benefits? Would he be that dumb to loose his reputation and followers and put himself in that situation knowing that it's wrong?
