i thought that book was amazing!!
the beginning was slow
but the middle and ending was amazing!
i cannot wait to watch a movie about this

I agree, purple, it IS a bit cliche. It's funny: when you begin analyzing the Twilight series you realize that the writing isn't that great, some of the character development is weak, etc. But, darnit, between the idea itself and the dialogue, it's a fun read :)

Thank you so much :) I would definitely like to read more in "The Host" universe. I've read on her website that SM might be working on a ghost story, and I hope that she publishes that-- along with "Midnight Sun", of course ;)
