I got tickled you shaking your monitor...kept waiting for bolts n parts to start flying every where hahaha! what I did see is...either that monitor was leaking radiation or you are the lucky recipient of DEW's, Direct Energy Weapons. It's seen well at the end when the monitor is still. Do you see what looks like business...movements. take a look again and you'll see what Im talking about. majority of people r getting hit w/this. figurng out send it thru electrical lines 1 way that is

Ever notice the line that appears on monitor's when they are being filmed?
well if you snap your jaw quickly, you will be able to see them, especially if there is more than one..... weird huh? Works best in an office/call center

if i had read this answer i wouldnt of posted my question, thanks

how come the bike is visible when the camera is shaking, optical illusion? thats cool that ppl understand whats wrong with the monitor, but not how wierd the fact is that shaking the camera could spread out the signal? (im no pro though)

Super simplistic terms:
Images are made by a little dot that tracks really fast across the screen making one line of the image then doing it again a little underneath making the next bit of the image etc.
This is done by two sets of magnets. One for up and down motion and one for sideways motion.
Your up and down magnets are fucked so its doing all the lines for the entire screen in a little tiny vertical area instead of spreading them out over the whole screen.

time for a new monitor.

thank you for posting the glitch. a hotfix has been applied and there is no need for a server reboot. if you continue to experience any issues please shout "tech support' at the top of your lungs and an agent will be with you shortly.
What's going on is the magnet that normally causes the cathode ray to move up and down is dying\dead. The left-right movement is still working. When you move your eyes up and down very quickly (60 Hz), you start to see the image because you're doing the job of the magnet.

apretzelfan is right, you arent going experience many quantum effects on the macroscopic level. Quantum weirdness would leak out into the environment and Newtonian mechanics prevail.
