Ok thus ISNT for anybody that know how to do this...its for those that dont know, and those that want to know...this workout makes your hands tuff and strong, your grip gets better...then you can do more moves, or tricks, but with out strong hands...you lift as much as you normaly can, and even when you curl, and lift, it helps your grip get better..if you raise your legs sligtly, you will get a lower ab workout,go ahead..play with it....do your own stuff, but make sure your heart rate is up..and before you decide to leave and walk away? make sure your on them bars for at least 15 min..even if your just holding on..and if you have issues with callus and your hands? then your a small girl...you shouldnt use glove to often also, it will help condition your hands and make them tuffer..then try to clear the whole bar..as if you were going to do a muscle up...then pause..hold your self thier...fro as long as you can..i think i can get a min in....im going to try to see how long i can hold it next time i do a vid..

  • peace god darness i am trying to get back in shape but i am a vegan you know heart disease is killing gods like us more than anything else. i would like to get buff without ANY animal products that clog arteries. heavy d , patrice oneal, nate dogg i could go on and on but young black men like us are dying at alarming rate i think meat is the culprit.

  • @darness1234 thanks for the help man. I have noticed that some of the calisthenics guys also ride once in a while, and they are pretty big and cut up too. I was just wondering how it was done, and now you told me. Thanks again man.
