@lawless0079 why? We are in AMERICA! They do what they can. You can't expect to know 100% English and 100% Hmong. This is the nature of living in cultured societies. Did you know that about 30% of the Hmong language spoken in Laos use Laotion words and phrases? So define "speak hmong". Do you know how to write in Hmong with the original symbols instead of the roman alphabets? Probably not, so shut the f up, hater.
