hi Shane,
i've been sick with Epstein Barr Virus, allergies, shortness of breath and Sinus Infections. I've also lost a lot of weight. Will taking grains out of my diet make me lose even more weight. I'm not gluten intolerant.

The part on beans and nuts was particularly helpful.

Excellent! I was looking for a way to shed belly fat while doing my P90X. Not much success (I'm 50 BTW). Does this also mean removing Rice and Potatoes? I'm trying to get myself and wife on a healthier diet. She's afraid to give up corn chips and especially bread. I don't think 30 days is a big deal if you can plan what to eat? I just need to know what else is there to eat?
Regards,
Dave

Hi Dave, yes, you'll want to pretty much pull out all starches and grains for 30 days. Your carbs will come mainly from vegetables and fruits. Go to my website and download my free Quick Start Nutrition Guide. This will give you lots of food choices. If you want a specific 30 day diet that's laid out for you pick up my Rapid Fat Loss Diet. Hit me up with any questions. Always happy to help. Thanks -Shane
