CREEPY COMMERCIAL HAS ANYBODY ELSE SEEN THIS?!?!?

I saw this commercial during an episode of Seinfeld. It was on Comcast Digital Cable, at 11:13PM Eastern Time on August 22nd, 2008 on WTFX. I was fortunate enough to be recording that episode of Seinfeld to have this commercial on my DVR. This is a really creepy commercial and does not appear to be advertising anything.
I saw another commercial made by the same group/person/organization maybe 18 months ago which was talking about "sheep circles" and the mysterious patterns in which sheep organize themselves in massive perfect circles. The only reason I knew it was the same company was because it is the exact same creepy voice narrating and the same style commercial. Images of these sheep circles can be found on google image search. However there is NO information online at all on either of these two commercials. I believe I am the first person to post ANYTHING about either of these two commercials on the internet as I have been unable to find anything at all related to these creepy commercials. I dont know who is making them or why because they clearly don't advertise anything.
Please let me know if you have seen this before, or even found any other information online about these two commercials, i'd love to find out who made this and why.
The last thing I will mention which is the creepiest of all, is that right when the commercial ends, when the babies are on the screen, the picture flashes right before it ends, and its very hard to tell even on a HDTVbut as the screen flashes and there is a mouse click noise at 25 seconds, there are letters about a third of the way up the screen that I think clearly say "FIGHT" on the left side of the screen and "GGCP" on the right. The G's may be C's and the C's G's, im not completely sure, its hard to read that word, but i'm pretty sure it says GGCP, which may be referencing the "Graduate Group of Comparative Pathology." Pathology deals with the study of diseases and this may be what it is saying, or it could say CCCP which is the USSR, aka Soviet Russia, but i'm pretty sure there are at least one G in there.
