Boxing exercises to improve cardio, burn fat and lose weight. If you don't have a punching bag or punching stand, you can shadow box instead. Just go through the punching motions. You won't get the same workout intensity, but it's still pretty good.

I have been watching your videos from when you first put them up haha. I box all the time aswell and I'm trying to get better. Any tips for more powerful uppercuts and hooks? Mine are already very powerful but it feels as if I could get better. Great video btw keep it up buddy.
