  • This was very useful as I am currently facing a port revision 1 month post-lap band as my port has healed on its side instead of face-up.

  • Congratuiatiions on your decision to have lap band! I am truly grateful and so is my family. In my experience a lap band revision is a very simple surgery. As soon as it's uncomfortable have it fixed, you don't want to build up additional scar tissue or edema like I did. Sorry it's only one month out, a real bummer to have to return to an operating room that quickly. As you lose more and get stronger it'll get easier and easier to recover. My best swishes for your continued success!

  • Thanks 4 the info

  • You are welcome.

  • Thank you for your encouragement...And for noticing the sweater, it is my favorite: cozy and soft with a little sparkle just right for bringing me a little joy on a dreary winter day. : )
