@Niyaru it's okay, if you search for a site called kinmoku.net you'll find a lot of information about them. You can also look at Seiya's and Taiki's prolouges on here: Search Kou Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter or Kou Taiki/Sailor Star Maker. Yaten's isn't up. There is also a picture Naoko herself drew, search Sailor Moon Artbook 5 it's like 2:01 and it around 1:04-1:08 it shows them as female aka their true form.

@yoiina because of the alien status, the Starlights are originally female and Naoko herself stats senshi can only be female. When transformed, they are back to their original gender. Probably because of their alien status, they might have the power to switch genders at will. In ep 189 Minako herself says "It's shocking that the three lights are girls! It's as if my love has disappeared."

@sailordarkmoon999 actually, that's wrong. All of the lights are originally female, only senshi can be female. They're disguised a men to find their princess but when transformed they're back in their original form which is female.

@Niyaru yes, they're only disguised as men and according to wiki Yaten in the anime got a little crush for Minako and Taiki "admired" Ami. But yes, in the manga Seiya is only cross dressing and is female and due to the fact senshi can only be female well yeah so Seiya is a lesiban.
