1. THE GYM! Time goes by so much quicker at the gym than trying to work out at home. Also, seeing other really fit people working there motivates me even more!

2. Old photos of me... reminds me that I wasn't always fat and that I can lose the weight.

Protein shakes are REALLY helping me. Since I've started having them, I haven't binged at all. They're a lifesaver right now!

My weigh in will be this Friday and I can tell you that it's gonna be good!

  • Yay, Love the motivating pictures, and I wish the gym motivated me, it does for the first month, and then it doesn't anymore! Can't wait to see your weigh in!! I've been thinking about incorporating at least one protein shake into my day,!

  • @FindingKristy I know what you mean about the gym... I'm thinking I'm gonna get bored with it eventually. I just joined a couple of months ago. But I dunno, maybe not, I still look forward to going and it's way easier than trying to work out at home for me

  • EVERY DAY that i wake up and say "i'm not going to work out today", i get on youtube to see if you have a new video and then i watch them and they motivate me to just go ahead and get it over with. hahaha
