Located in the hearth of Tuscany, 5 km from the city walls of PISTOIA, a splendid city of art, Villa San Simone is an historical residence, perched on the foot hills dominating the Florence plane ( 30 min. from Florence, 40 min. from Lucca, 50 min. from Pisa and the sea, 60 min. from Siena and Chiantishire )
The Villa was built at the end of the 19th century on the remains of a medieval convent and a romanic church from the 11th century AD from which the villa has taken its name.
Surrounded by a secular olive-grove and woods alive with deer and squirrels, it offers it's guests
an elegant but informal environment, and the relaxation of a large shady garden with breathtaking views.
Villa San Simone has been completely restored, furnished with antique and design furniture and provides every modern comfort (TV color, DVD, ADSL Internet )
