@Reverseflush eh????? how much nutritcian do you expect to lose from 3 minutes cooking of onion loool besides the rice absorbs the cooking liquer but also the rice isnt meant to be dry cooked its only there to be 'SEALED' BEFORE STOCK IS INTRODUCED.jeepers creepers where do they get these cooks from round the friggin world
