@sneeyize45 I'm only putting this in my watch later playlist, because in my look back that I'm doing this year to the decade I was in my 20's on my facebook page, I'm going to use this video and song as the most over-the-top offender of the decade!

@bapeunlimated Perhaps. But as person who was in their teens (16 - 17) as the 80's started & then in his 20's during most of that decade, the earlier Air Supply material to hit in the U.S. was much stronger & longer lasting to the ears than this. By the time this was a hit, only topped by that over-the-top #1 tune by Bonnie Tyler (produced by the same person as this big offender), Total Eclipse of the Heart, many of us who started out as fans of Air Supply were fed up with them by 1983.
i'm young but this music is by far better than today;s foolishness we call music

Nothing brings me better memories than being in 9th grade in October of 1983, when the leaves were turning all colors and having Jim Steinman covering the top 2 with Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" at #1 and Air Supply's "Making Love out of Nothing at All" at # 2... then the bonus of Barry Manilow's "Read Em and Weep" coming into airplay. How I wish we could go back to when music actually had a melody and was good..
