Hawai'i with all it's islands is my second home... while all my visits I felt so very welcome... I have been on all the islands, including Ni'ihau several times, they are all unique... I will never forget my mule ride down to Kalaupapa... I have a lot of CD's bought in Hawai'i, but this song is not on it: please let me know the title of the music in this video... mahalo nui from Switzerland

Thank you for uploading this video. Hawaii is my favorite place in the world and it is sad how few full blooded Hawaiians exist today. Leprosy was such a horrible disease & my heart goes out to all who shared their lives in this colony...

I too am a direct descendent of the first Hawaiians who were forced, banished & perished to the island of Molokai. I just wanted to express my gratitude, appreciation & love for our Father. I love you Father Damien. Mahalo nui loa for helping my family. Our people. Im here today because of you. My visit there made a profound impact on my spiritual & psychological self. I thought that your video was excellent. My grandfather lives in Kalaupapa and at times when I see a film or insert based on Kalaupapa I tend to get sketchy about it but yours touches hard. I loved it.
