  • can i substitutions corn starch with potatoes starch?

  • Yes, but you may need to use more potatoe starch to achieve the same consistency :)

  • Are there any substitutions for Sherry? We do not have it where I live

  • Sherry is a cooking wine and depending on the recipe and how much is used, it can sometimes be substitued with apple cider vinegar or a different white wine :)

  • I was going to cook the orange chicken from your other video- what could I use as a substitute in that recipe?

  • I didn't use sherry in the orange chicken recipe, was it maybe a different one you were thinking of?

  • Cornstarch is also known as cornflour in common wealth countries. In the USA cornstarch and cornflour are different.
