@smmandel ...Love Letters is originally sung by Nat King Cole, and in 1962 was sung by Kelly Lesters who sings it perfectly Beautiful. I happen to Favor Elvis, but you are Right that Engelbert is the most melodic... <---- is that really a word? LOL Joking.... Diana Krall whom I love as a singer also sang it, but nothing compared to Engelbert, Kelly or Elvis, I actually have not yet heard it yet by Nat King cole, will do that now... Have a good day!

After reading the comments, I compared Engelbert's version to Elvis and even to Nat King Cole. The result without a doubt ---- Engelbert takes the cake. His is the most melodic, and the most "singing straight to your heart"
