Mark Dice explains how you can't buy Visa gift cards without linking them to your name, address, and social security number, because Big Brother wants to know what you buy, when you buy it, how much of it you buy, how often you buy it, how much it cost, and a whole lot more. @MarkDice I like your videos, but c'mon man. You can go to a local cvs or rite-aid and get a "visa prepaid online shopping card" chargeable for up to 500. All you need to do is enter your zip code, and bam... it even counts as a credit card. Seriously, I've bought stuff from websites with it that normally deny visa gift cards. Yes, it actually tricks them into thinking you're paying with an actually credit card. Bam, cubensis spores, 150W LED light, crossbow, hell, tor>SRM>BitCoins> Ammo

Visa "GIFT" cards don't require this activation. I bought one 20 minutes ago and just paid cash for it. However, I did notice the Visa "prepaid cards that are reloadable do require your info. I can see in your hand there that you bought the wrong kind. Try the gift card next time.
