I lost 15 kilograms in 75 days my advice:
Eat 2 times a day not more than 200g per 1 meal,run as much as you can.
So for someone who didnt get it:
Breakfast: 200g of food(NO BREAD)
Lunch :200g of food (NO BREAD)
JUST AVOIDING BREAD YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

@cimen9 Yes, me and my mom used the same diet program at the site WeightLossAction.Info. we both lose A ton of weight faster than other plans that we've tried. Glad it worked for you too!
