ummmm west, how did you come to that conclusion????? the authorities at the time did not issue the warning, that the dam was going to break, they ignored it, and Ron Paul wasnt there at that time, perhaps you should think about what you are typing.

I had lots of relatives who survived this flood, my sister lost a house, I am from Crown WV and when I went back after the flood, the whole valley has changed.

Jack Kempt & Steve Vasovich reassured people downstream then left the area knowing the dam was in imminent danger of failure.
These people are guilty of massive negligent homicide, and need held accountable. This was murder due to greed.

This is what happens when you let the coal companies run roughshod..just like Massey is doing. They do not care for the miners..just the money. However,Blankenship and Massey have convinced people that the GOP cares about miners..yeah right. They just dont want to spend a few extra bucks(out of their trillions)to use clean coal technology that will make the world safe for the next generation,they also fight all new safety laws anything that will cost them extra. WV better forget the GOP!
