@DiyEcoProjects YUP! TO MAKE THE QUIET BLADES, 1( SMOOTH ROUNDED LEADING EDGE. 2)SMOOTH EVEN SURFACE. 3) NO CONCAVED OR VERY LITTLE CONCAVE CURVES ON WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FLAT SIDE. (THAT IS THE SIDE THAT FACES THE WIND) AND 4) SHARPEN THE TRAILING EDGE.

@muddymuddymuddmann ah see... ok lol, so the hand drills out boo!. BUT on the plus side no cogging then. Been looking into making simple biogas, the gas could drive a conventional gas generator + this build... We have a lot of wind in th UK, but we live far to close to neughbours. Are there ways of making quieter blades, or making them spin quieter?

@itsandbits1 YA SHE'S A REAL SWEET GENNY, IT'S NICE TO BE ABLE TO ADJUST THE GAP. IF THE BLADE STALLS OUT, THEN ALL YOU NEED TO DO, IS ADJUST THE GAP A BIT WIDER, OR LENGTHEN THE POWER FEAD LINES TO THE BATTERY BANK. THIS LETS THE ROTORS SPIN A BIT FASTER RPM PER VOLT, AND THE WIND CATCHES THE BLADES A BIT MORE, AND SHE PUTS OUT EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE. NO LOSS IN EFFICIENCY.

@DiyEcoProjects ZERO COGGING. THATS THE GOOD PART. THE EVEN BETTER PART IS THAT THE 3 ROTOR AND 4 OR 5 ROTOR MODELS HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE. THEY DO NICELY. STILL NO COGGING.
EVEN BETTER... YOU CAN ADJUST THE SECOND, THIRD AND FORTH STATORS SO THAT YOU HAVE MANY MORE PHASES FOR ALMOST PURE DC OUTPUT. STILL ZERO COGGING, ZERO EDDY CURRENTS, AND ZERO LENS LOSSES. BAD NEWS. NO MOTORS, ALTERNATORS, OR BATTERIES ARE 100% EFFICIENT. MECHANICAL TO ELECTRIC TO STORAGE TO MECHANICAL LOSSES ARE CUMULATIVE.

if i where to build one just for charging battery's say 12Volt 368ah what do i need in way of volts and current in dc? is volts over amps? grate work by the way i love all your video's and have subscribed many thanks.

@camomantube OK LETS LOOK AT IT BY POWER STORAGE.. 368 AMP HOURS DIVIDED BY 24 HOURS = 15.3 AMPS EACH HOUR. TIMES 12 VOLTS = 184 WATTS.
THE WIND TURBINES' OPEN VOLTAGE SHOULD BE ABOUT 4 OR 5 VOLTS OVER THE BATTERY VOLTAGE AT 8 TO 9 MPH WINDS. A NEW AUTOMOTIVE BATTERYS' VOLTAGE IS USUALLY 13.8 VOLTS NEW. THAT WOULD DROP IT DOWN TO 13.333 AMPS. BUT IF YOU USED 2 BATTERIES IN SERIES. THE AMPERAGE WOULD BE CUT IN HALF. AND STILL HAVE 4.416 K.WATT HOURS IN A DAY.
