I agree, shazzadee. It was such a poorly handled investigation by the Seattle pd, where would one begin. They need to get over their bad selves and admit they were wrong.

i do think CL did kill kurt and i know most of u will say its a load of crap but if u look at the evidence im pritty sure u will find she did and TBO it's my opinon. #justiceforkurt xoxo

Courtney was facing a divorce and due to their prenup she would have gotten little to nothing. Kurt called the lawyer and wanted a new will drawn up excluding Courtney. Since he died Courtney got everything. As far as Courtney "helping" Kurt via overdose, on May 2, 1993 Courtney administered drugs to an unconscious Kurt and against his will. The drugs could have killed him. Believers feel this was the 1st murder attempt. The police report was blacked out.

That's just what every conspirator tells me-that Courtney killed Kurt. I just don't think it makes sense that Courtney would want to kill him. No one she's ever been associated with ever found that she had that drive. She's also revived Kurt from an overdose several times (unpublicized), and even talked Kurt into handing his gun to her because he considered killing himself (Eric Erlandson was there). She was even the one who initiated a pre nup.

FYI: Tome Grant does not claim that Courtney killed Kurt herself. That just shows you know nothing about Kurt's death. Courtney was in LA when he died. Instead, Grant claims Courtney and Michael DeWitt conspired to murder Kurt Cobain. But you are right it is extremely complex and it takes someone to actually go over the information before one realizes it was murder. It's far to easy just to choose to remain ignorant and believe it was suicide.

You are dead wrong. Like most people I assumed Kurt killed himself and was angry when Tom Grant came out in 95 saying that Kurt was murdered. It wasn't until lat 1996 until I actually started to research the case for myself that I began to realize the evidence pointed to murder. There was no proper investigation. According to police documents within minutes of arriving at the scene they concluded it was a suicide, case closed.

You have no idea how long it took until the case was treated, the circumstances are totally shrouded and complex, and you listen to 1 man who claims that Courtney herself killed Kurt. You have no idea that he could be bullshitting. There's not enough stable proof in any of this. On top of that, you're only looking into one side of the story.

Now you are just being willfully dense. When a case is treated like a murder investigation the police do not wait a month before they check for fingerprints. That alone indicates the police did not treat the investigation as a murder investigation as they claimed. In fact, we know from police documents and from the media that within minutes of arriving at the scene they declared it a suicide. And yes, Courtney has been taped talking about her friend Det. Terry.

There was no investigation. Within minutes of arriving at the scene the SPD said it was suicide. They lied and claimed that they investigated it as if it was a murder but then how could this be when they didn't even check the gun for fingerprints until a month later. It was all swept under the rug and Courtney was friends with several SPD officers.

Jesus, can't you just accept that the man killed himself? There was actually one moment after this article by Vanity Fair claimed that Courtney used heroin during pregnancy (which was obviously wrong), and the exploitation and lies nearly drove Kurt and Courtney to come to a suicide pact, but they decided to put the gun down for the baby's sake. As for that unplugged show, someone pointed out to Kurt that the setting of it seemed like a funeral, and he replied saying "Exactly."

@scartissue94 Ah...She admitted using heroin during her first trimester of pregnancy! She said that she was using until the third month when she found out she was pregnant. That's straight from her mouth. You're obviously wrong! If you can get such simple details wrong, how do you have authority to contribute to this conversation? I have seen real evidence, what you dribbling is your interpretation of thoughts that you have no access to.

If that were true, then her baby would've had health problems, and had gone through heroin withdrawl. She said she stopped as soon as she knew. I don't get you bottom feeders, you only believe what she says if it seems bad. It's just not fucking logical.

@scartissue94- She was taken away by child services the moment she was healthy enough to leave hospital, and it's not made available public whether or not she had drug withdrawal or any health problems. It was exposed by Vanity fair that both Kurt and Courtney were taking heroin into the first trimester and Courtney Love admitted it. I'm not trusting her, I'm trusting the fact that they had evidence she did and she had no choice but confess.

I can't believe she thought his disappearance would make publicity! Why? Why? Why? Why did she say that? No wonder he was planning leaving her.
How can people like her? How can any human with a functioning brain like her? Well....I guess I can't say that...seeing as I don't know Frances feelings on her...but still.
She never deserved him...at all...

I have no idea. I'm guessing that most people just mistake her psychopathy as being "outspoken" and an "individual". And Frances would have no idea about the circumstances surrounding her father's death; only the lies that she has been spoonfed from a very young age. So of course Frances is going to love her mother; she is oblivious to who her mother really is.
