Kindle Hacks, Ubuntu font and MegaDrive/genesis Screesavers

So i hacked my kindle to allow for custom fonts and custom screensavers, this was the result :-)
the font is the ubuntu font, and the custom screensavers I made by scanning in the covers of my favored games in my mega-drive collection

hey man, i really want to figure out how to do this. i have te pics i need in 600x800 format. but i can figure how to set em as screen saver. I even have a book on my kindle called screensavers with all the pics in it. how do i set as screensaver tho? I would really apretiate any feed back what so ever as nobody on the web seems to know how. even a website would help.

i did the screensaver one it was really easy but how do i do the font one its really confusing.....
