Video of the HDMI Out capabilities on a Nikon D300. Tether it via HDMI to a TV and view your photo on there instead of your 3" screen. This is a 32" LCD TV.

  • NIce demo. Appreciate it. I wasn't sure if the Hdmi functioned as a video out or just monitor out, on this particular camera. Looks like it does.

  • Do you happen to know what the HDMI is able to output? Is is 1080p at 24p? Also, can you turn off all the menus on the live output and get a clean video out?

  • $800 Nikon D300 DX at

  • Nice demo thank you.

  • what exactly did you intend to demo here?

  • Nice demo.

  • c'mon, he's just an idiot who got convinced that he absolutly needs this camera. I dont think he'll ever do some studio-work. studio-work is for pussies bytheway. and art-fart fags.

  • Hey dude, think of studio work and light boxes. when you have it all set and read to shoot. to be able to zoom in and focus perfect or set up your shot using live video on a screen it definitely makes a difference. How about you know what you're talking about before opening that gap of yours?

  • then if you have a fast enough computer could you have an av out of the tv into a computer and record the video that is coming from the live view? effectivly making the d300 a 1080i video camera? i could really do with that for a music video i want to make, anybody know what software is needed and if it is possible???

    regards
