@francisxcc When church is so against idolatry, I do not understand why a crucifix adorns all churches and is carried by the Pope himself. The story of the poor widow does not, in any way, teach us to donate to the temples, instead, it shows however small a gift maybe, if given with LOVE, is the most precious gift ever. Where she donates her money is immaterial, even if the donation was not for the Temple and for a charity, Jesus' answer wouldn't have varied.

Absolutely simple. We wear and display crucifixes because "we preach christ crucified"! A crucifix is to remind fallen man at what price he was redeemed.

If you reckon carrying or displaying a sacred crucifix is idolatory, then you I'm not sure where you developed your ideas about christianity from.

If you think this is worship you are mistaken. We Catholics do not adore images if we did we wouldn't be Christians. The image is a reminder. We remember our Lords life giving death but we preach a resurrected Christ.
