Southington High School 1998 Senior Show

I suppose "talent show" would be the closest description for this annual SHS Senior Show -- a parade of songs, performances, and Saturday Night Live skits of the era. VERY of the era, in fact. This is an authentic representation of the concerns and lifestyles of teenagers of the late 1990s.
But the real highlight, of course, was the attentive and courteous audience of charming local schoolchildren.

4:30 A Spice Girls number
7:20 A Chris Farley impression
12:10 My Heart Will Go On
18:15 That Simon bathtub thing that Mike Meyers used to do
22:50 Two girls tap-dancing to All About the Benjamins, I am not making this up
27:40 A David Letterman routine involving Bill Clinton
30:50 The Ladies Man, with possibly some awkward racial implications
33:13 Lindsay's accompaniment refuses to start, and then when she finally sings it a capella it's a Jewel song, OF COURSE
38:31 Some vamping
39:00 A song about butterflies, prompting audience screams
44:20 That SNL cheerleader skit, featuring me as Jim Carrey I think, oh good lord
50:50 Some ... music?
1:02:50 A fairly ineffective admonishment

1:10:50 A jaunty piano tune, which is exactly what that audience is there to see
