Facebook is protecting the hate page using ideas of freedom of speech, appearing to misunderstand that incitement to commit a crime is not protected by any idea of freedom, nor is the page complying with its own terms of service.

Here even Hitler expresses his outrage at the hateful motorists and Facebook's reluctance to take action to close hate pages and groups.
