"You don't need a HIGHLY trained teacher.. It's easy..."

Hmm. That was my view over 20 years ago. I was into all sorts of DiY meditation, I searched high and low but nothing really worked. Sure I'd get a small buzz now and then or feel more settled every once in a while after months of trying. Then after years of searching I learned TM and WOOSH!, instant and consistant results day after day, and improvements on all levels of life.
If you want the real deal, learn TM.

i read 3 chapters of the bible each each night... it makes you feel better than TM and fills your life with real hope and joy for the future... just my personal experience.

I remember hearing almost 35 years ago of someone who was a WWII POW in a Japanese POW camp. In 1975 he learned TM (only because his wife was learning TM). A few days later he reported that he had had nightmares every night since WWII, and they stopped when he started TM. TM is so amazing in releasing stress. The military needs to do research to convince themselves that TM will save them (and the US taxpayers) lots of money in health care for Veterans with PTSD.

Transcendental Meditation is different from all other meditation practices. It is simple enough that anyone can learn, and powerful enough that it can bring soothing comfort to a man who has experienced war, the most stressful environment of all. TM is the ultimate remedy for PTSD, the most effective stress reduction technique of them all.
