Sadly yes, Jason Mewes was deep into drugs especially heroin and oxycontin. But he has been 100% clean now for like 4 or 5 years. If you can ever find it online, Kevin wrote a real moving story all about it in his blog from when he first met Jay to Jay being clean for a year. I believe its called "Me and My Shadow".
