takes a while to get used to because of the QWERTY layout, especially if you're used too the original cell phone keyboard layout. But once you get used to it, it's not a problem at all.

really good takes maybe 10 minutes to get used to but it is easy. the phone memorizes how you type and the words you use.

hey! i don't know if it helps, but you can change it, i have the same phone, you click on the green phone button, and then the blackberry menu button, and then general options, and there, you can change the way you answer your phone!

i hope this helps, take care!

okay i had that problem too.
all you have to do is go to the volume thing(you know where you change vibrate, off, quite ect)...push on it with the track ball, scroll down to "advanced", DO NOT CLICK ON IT;click the menu key...you know the one under the talk button, and click edit, then go down until you see SMS text, click on it then you just custimize it.
hope this helped, it took be about two weeks to figure it out, but i got it!
