This is an entry level instructional DVD designed for trampoline teachers andcoaches. Your host, David Kennedy, takes you through the basicprogressions of introductory trampoline using techniques that are the foundation of Larry Gleason's trampoline program.

Larry Gleason is the owner of Gleason's Gymnastic School since 1966, and is a member of the USAG Tramponline National Coaching Staff. Larry was a member of the USA Trampoline and Tumbling delegation to the World Championships from 1992 to 1999 and coached the 1994 and 1996 World Champion USA Double-Mini Tramp Team.

David Kennedy is a five-time USA National Trampoline Team Member, and the 1996 USA National Trampoline Champion. David has been teaching gymnastics and trampoline with Larry Gleason since 1977.
