Hi! I have a problem. i want to connect two computers, make 1st as a server so that i can cotrol the bandwidth of the 2nd computer.
i have two network cards. 1st will b used to connect to the internet, 2nd will connect with the other computer. how should i create the internet connection with controlled bandwidth. plz help ...
