I would suggest taking out the bloodline which is the red area in the swordfish steaks. Looks great and thanks for sharing the video! Check into pumpkin swordfish that's the bomb!!!

It's almonds, flax seed, lemon pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, dill, and who knows what else LOL

I find swordfish to be quite mild, I hate fishy fish! Lol it's got a very meaty texture, almost like pork. You should try it sometime!
