Alleged anti-gay cop police surveillance

This is a police video surveillance recently released by attorneys representing multiple clients who allege that 23rd District police officer Richard Fiorito falsifies DUI charges and targets gay and lesbian motorists.
The video shows Fiorito conducting a field test on Michael Vaughn, who was charged with a DUI, on June 21. According to attorney Jon Erickson, who has filed 21 federal civil lawsuits to date against Fiorito for allegedly trumping up DUI charges, the video shoes Vaughn passing the test with flying colors.
However, Fioritos written report of the incident said that Vaughn couldnt keep his balance, raised his arms more than six inches for balance and couldnt do the walk and turn test. His report also said that Vaughn swayed and hopped during the one leg stand test and that Vaughn was thick-tongued, confused and slurred his speech.
According to Erickson, Fiorito is motivated by overtime pay and an anti-gay animus. Several of the lawsuits allege that Fiorito used anti-gay language like faggot and dyke.
Fiorito, who continues to work the streets of Boystown during the night shift, is the subject of an ongoing criminal grand jury investigation conducted by the Cook County States Attorneys Office. No criminal charges have yet been filed against him.

@420991 If you think this is fair, just behaviour, I suggest you look at bullyonline - this guy fits the profile of a serial bully, and I think the results of psychometric testing would be very interesting on the creep. Might be interesting to see your results, also, if you think it's appropriate to give an instruction, then when someone is trying to comply, change the instruction, ask a question, then not allow a reply, accusing of refusal to answer. If you're a cop hope you get caught soon.
