  • including crops.

  • And they need to stop exploting their natral resources which no plants can grow.

  • Why don't you hypnotize the Government to stop them from taking the people out of their homes and forcing them to work in labor camp's to work in the mines.

  • reaction is understandably denial or scoffing, none of us wants to admit our own greed and lack of concern is the perpetrator as long as we can get what we want, thats why its i- whatever, marketing.

  • More like "Call your legislators to pass laws to stop companies from buying these metals from countries that practice slavery and murder to mine the materials used for your PlayStations."

  • There seems to be a lot of suffering depicted here, but I dont understand the origin, who the perpetrators are, or even the reason other than some vague connection between gaming consoles and murdered children.

  • I'm reading up on Coltan. Supposedly, "The United States Geological Survey reports in its 2006 yearbook that the Democratic Republic of the Congo produces a little less than 1% of the world's tantalum."

So, you want people to stop using cellphones so that it will reduce the finances of 1% of the industry, while hurting 100% of it? There's got to be a better way, like pressuring companies that buy from the Democratic Republic of Congo to not do so. That would make more sense.

    No disrespect.

  • You need to be more informative. I see the victims, but I don't see the perpetrators or understand what needs to be done, or why it will help.

This is too much of an appeal to emotion. We see too much appeal to emotion as it stands and we do not know what to trust. We live in a world of lies.

You need to be more information and show your statistics and sources. You also need to get to the point faster.

  • your funny."call the cell phone company".

  • this is interesting and true. i hope more people consider this.
