I was having so many probs with comcast recently. That company is so bad and the representatives are rude. I was charged twice w my visa by one representative without my consent. And when I asked to talk to a supervisor about it, the supervisor was worse. He said there was nothing I could do about it and he had a terrible attitude. Comcast is a horrible company and I can't believe it is still around. I hope something terrible happens to them.

I install Comcast services in TN and with over 1000 installs under my belt I only have 18 trouble calls and I went back and fixed every single one. Installing cable is a whole lot harder and more exhausting then people think. Just because you had a bad technician doesn't mean the whole company is bad. I work in TN and in the past 3 months we have had 186 trouble calls and we had 6286 installs. Every single trouble call has been taken care of or will be taken care if tomorrow morning.

ok if i had tech come out to my house and he fell asleep that's just wrong i'm sorry its your job to fix problems not sleep on the customers couch. so of course you best believe i would want something done about it. that's just wrong and if you were to tired or to hung over to go to work that's why they call it calling in. they have sick days for a reason what ever that reason may be USE THEM

thats funny you think we have sick days.. no we dont.. we work 6 to 7 days a week 16 hour days here. i do not work for com cast but i do work for insight. we do about 3 to 4000 installs a month. and belive me it is tiresome. im not saying falling alseep was ok , and the tech should have done the job he was sent to do. but as spydergs07 said it can be really exhausting work. ive been doing it over 2 yrs now, have never fallen asleep, but the bed sure feels good when i get home.
