Let's face it, although I don't see it getting any better as a result, gay males in America are profoundly selfish, and vain. This may be a result of the apple not falling far from the tree.Have you ever noticed how two attractive males in a gay bar, unless they're friends, will go out of their way not to give each other the time of day? It's the same social dynamic of competitive females. One is always trying to "out pretty" the other. What a terribly shallow existance.

It's true. You can be as humane as Gandhi or King, as smart as Einstein, as witty as Oscar Wilde, but if you're not physically attractive, you're shit upon. What you do or say makes absolutely no difference. On the other hand, you can be selfish, stupid, totally uncreative, and if you look like a male model, you can have almost anyone you want, without any effort at all. There is no "gay community." Only in America do the Plus-Size gay men have it hard, in Europe however, that is a whole different story, Plus-Size gay men are very saught after. I think it's Americans in generl that are shallow, you have to have the looks, and the body here in America to "Make It", and that is sad.
